Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Tarnished's Ledger (“the site”). By signing in or using the site, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country, up to 16 in parts of the EU). You're responsible for activity under your account.
Your account
You sign in via Twitch or Discord. Keep your access secure; you may delete your account at any time in Account settings.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you create (matches, formats, square sets, colour profiles, chat, feedback). You grant us a non-exclusive licence to store, display, and process it to run the service — including showing matches to the players you tag and on public surfaces you opt into. Don't post unlawful, infringing, harassing, or abusive content; we may moderate, hide, or remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms.
API use
The match-import API uses personal keys tied to your account. Keep keys secret (a key can write matches as you), respect the rate limits, and only upload matches you have the right to record. We may revoke keys or access for abuse.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to break, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to the site or other users' data; don't impersonate others or falsify match records.
Disclaimer & liability
The site is a community project provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and may change or be discontinued. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by FromSoftware or Bandai Namco; Elden Ring and related marks belong to their owners.
Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the site operator's jurisdiction. We may update them; continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions: privacy@tarnishedledger.com.
